- Egg – 2
- Cooked & Shredded chicken – 2 tbsp
- Chopped onion – 2 tbsp
- Chopped green chili – 3-4
- Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Grated cheese – 1 tbsp
- Milk – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan, pour the beaten ingredients into the pan, spread
- Cover and cook on medium flame
- You may wrap this inside a chapatti, or poratta or may eat just as an omlette.
