Egg with chicken omlette

Ingredients

  1. Egg – 2
  2. Cooked & Shredded chicken – 2 tbsp
  3. Chopped onion – 2 tbsp
  4. Chopped green chili – 3-4
  5. Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
  6. Grated cheese – 1 tbsp
  7. Milk – 2 tbsp
  8. Salt – to taste
  9. Oil – 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, pour the beaten ingredients into the pan, spread
  3. Cover and cook on medium flame
  4. You may wrap this inside a chapatti, or poratta or may eat just as an omlette.
