Mushroom Masala

Ingredients

  1. Mushrooms – 200gms ( washed and cut)
  2. Onion chopped – 1 large
  3. Tomato cut into pieces– 1 large
  4. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  5. Coriander powder – ½ tsp
  6. Chili powder – ¼ – ½ tsp
  7. Pepper crushed – ¼ tsp
  8. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  9. Garam masala powder – ¼ tsp
  10. Oil – 2 tbsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Coriander leaves chopped – few

Instruction

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and fry for some time until it becomes soft and transparent.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes, add all the remaining masalas ( 5-9 ingredients) at low flame.
  3. Add chopped tomato and enough salt, fry for a minute.
  4. Add mushrooms, mix well, cover and cook on low flame for 10 – 15 minutes, stir occasionally.
  5. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on top and serve hot with rice or chapatti / roti.
